Our story
Estate Advisory was born of a passion: hospitality and exceptional real estate, carried by its founder Bastien Bailly. And of a conviction, too: that the art of hosting is changing, and that the Lake Geneva basin deserves places and a service equal to the very best found elsewhere in the world.
The observation is simple. In French-speaking Switzerland, exceptional venues open to companies, wedding couples and private receptions can be counted on one hand. One always returns to the same addresses, for lack of better. We wanted to open up this field of possibility: to reveal rare estates, and to make them accessible for the duration of a stay or an event.
Every place, its own artistic direction. Every stay, an experience composed to measure. Our ambition: to bring, across the Lake Geneva basin and the Alpine peaks, an exceptional hospitality, French in its demands, Swiss in its rigour.

Founder of Estate Advisory, Bastien Bailly built the house's portfolio of estates and leads both its strategy and its operations. His intimate knowledge of the Lake Geneva market and of the expectations of a discerning clientele lies at the heart of our expertise.
Around him, Estate Advisory brings together partners with complementary expertise, legal affairs and financial and accounting management, who guarantee every owner an impeccable framework and untroubled operation.
