No sharing with third parties
Information submitted through our contact forms (name, telephone, email, location, timeframe, message) is never transmitted, sold or rented to any third party, for any purpose. It is used solely to process your enquiry.
Nature of the data collected
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our forms. The site uses no third party audience measurement cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural profiling tools.
Retention period
Incoming enquiries are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, to allow follow up of the relationship. After this period, they are deleted from our systems, unless otherwise required by law.
Hosting and security
Data is hosted in Europe on secure infrastructure (encrypted at rest and in transit). Access is restricted, by name, to members of the Estate Advisory team handling your file.
Your rights
In accordance with Swiss law (FADP) and European law (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object with regard to your data. To exercise these rights, write to us via the contact form or by post to the address stated in the legal notice.
